The product range includes shirts, pants, mini skirts, ladies tops, blouse, shorts, t-shirts, polos, Sweaters 100% cotton yarn dyed knitted t-shirts and other ready made garments. We are a Government licensed exporter and we export Knitted and Woven garments to Europe , America and South Africa. Adiba Tex has been involved in Garments trade since 1998. Situated in Dhaka, capital of Bangladesh with eight (08) ready made garment (knit,Woven, and sweater) factories & its related dyeing, garment printing, embroidery, label, hang tag manufacturing & other trading units. Adiba Tex established with a different motto other than main stream Organizations to popularized the ready made apparels of Bangladesh. We have a strong quality assurance team, & we have very tight control on our production line ensuring each garment are high finish quality. And they are random check quality from factory opening to till closing, due to avoid mistake & wrong assortment, our q/a team also assuring assortment, packing & carton making as per our customer requirement. So there have no way for wrong assortment & packing. And until truck out the goods they have to strictly monitoring the goods.

At Adiba Tex, Quality is emphasized in all the procedures and we follow many quality standards to ensure that, the garments we sell are in line with the taste and requirements of our buyers.

We follow all the stringent procedures and test applicable for all international standards. Our centralized QC team with team of highly efficient and follow the standards right from yarn to packing, to see nothing is missed.

We follow systematize approach of 'con' 'con' and 'JIT' and all 'TQM' polices make our QC team is decidedly professional because Our quality is reflected in our customer base.

Our quality program starts right from yarn to packing. On every step of production we concentrate on quality, to make sure all the parameters are followed. We export garment and made-ups to many leading customers and brands in USA, UK, Canada, Australia etc.

Our QC team is managed by the QC manager, under his strict guidance to follow all the methods to fulfill international standards.

Factory & Capacity

Our Garment Production Facilities have 16 years of experience in manufacturing ready-made apparel products. These apparel production units in Bangladesh are specialized in Woven, Knit & Sweaters; such as Jackets, Jogging suits, Casual and Formal Shirts, Blouses, Shorts, Trousers, T-Shirt, Polo-Shirt etc. The manufactured products are mainly exported to USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Our manufacturing facilities have won world wide reputation for our highest quality and the best production management practices. We have our own sampling room with 20 well experienced technicians and full set of advanced machinery. The Work environment of these facilities is well-lit and ventilated, with fire extinguishers and emergency evacuation plans. The factory capacity is approximately 6 lines X 40 machines X 8 hours X 60 STD minutes per day. Over 68,000 SQF. of production floor area made even more comfortable by a 21 ft. high ceiling gives our workers the ideal environment for aspiring to excellence in every item of quality clothing they manufacture.

Fully equipped sample room with Lectra Cad. Facilities available for Designing, marker making and preparation of cutting plans by using Lectra optiplan software.

Two 70 feet Cutting Tables. Dye cutting, Band Knife and other cutting facilities available. 5000 square feet of floor area.

Sourcing

Supplier Identification:

Dean identify new suppliers based on their product range, financial status, infrastructure, man power and efficiency of management.

We continuously update our information on new manufacturers and new products. Information pertaining to new varieties of value additions, fabric, accessories, new technology area and quota availability are also updated.

Selection of Vendors:

We assess the factories in terms of product range, quality of the product made, production capacity, facilities, financial capability, technology orientation, man power, working conditions, managerial efficiency and their overall quality policy. Once our initial assessment is over we exchange information with our principals and make a combined decision in approving an identified vendor.

Sampling

Samples are developed to suit the season's colors, fabric and style based of our buyer's requirements. Any number of sales man samples are made as per the buyers requirements and courier them directly to the buyers. By offering these crucial service, we assist our buyers marketing efforts in their own country by giving them an edge over others.

Order execution and Quality Control : (Quality Management)

Orders are closely monitored from sampling to shipment. Status on sampling, production and shipment are transmitted to buyers regularly. We maintain a pro-active approach towards identification of problem areas and corrective measures are taken immediately to ensure timely deliveries. Our quality monitoring system pertaining to production has four stages as explained below :

Pre Production Check (PPC) Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories / user manuals etc. at this stage itself. Initial Production Check (IPC) First finished products are checked against buyer's specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction. During Production Check (DUPRO) Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standard of production runs. Final Random Inspection (FIR) Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards. The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design / style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.

Status Reporting

Status report based on the multi-state inspections are transmitted to the buyers by fax or Email. Production progress is analyzed in relation to the delivery terms and suitable course of action s taken to ensure goods are delivered in time. The consignment is allowed for shipment if only it is upto the buyers required standard.

Container Stuffing and Loading Supervision

An identification of the goods during the loading is made to ensure that only the inspected goods are being stuffed without getting mixed up with the un-inspected goods.

Documentation and Shipping Co-ordination

Shipping documents are checked as per the buyers instruction and the copy documents are sent to the buyers well in advance of the shipment to avoid any discrepancy.

Laboratory Testing

Laboratories are an extremely valuable component of our services and also facilitates the manufacturer - exporters to transact their business with least quality risk. Laboratory services includes :

Fabric : Construction particulars (counts, constructions and weight), Strength, Measurement and Seam performance. Analysis : Flammability, Dimensional Stability (Shrinkage) to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing /dry cleaning, Fibber analysis, etc. Color Fastness : Color fastness to washing, Perspiration, Light, Rubbing, Bleaching, Dry cleaning, Organic Solvents, Hot pressing, etc. Dyes & Pigment tests are also carried out. Garment : Dimensional Stability to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing / dry cleaning are tested.

Assists on Buyers visit

We work as their extended arm in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka and from any other Asian Countries. We accompany our buyers on their buying visits, factory visits and inspection visits. We help them with and arrange their itinerary and accommodation on their visits. We also orient the buyers on the dos and don'ts of the business practice in the country, its culture, customs and tradition to make their visit fruitful and enjoyable.
